JB ChopHouse (formerly Bone's Chophouse) was opened in 2017 in Hot Springs, Arkansas by restaurateur Lee Beasley. Lee has been involved in the investment and restaurant business for the last 30 years.
Dean Jennings joined Lee to bring the “chophouse” tradition to the Hot Springs area along with his 20 years of restaurant operations experience.
JB ChopHouse brings this tradition to life by serving premium hand cut steaks (from Prime cuts to Wagyu) and pork chops as well as sourcing some of the freshest seafood from around the world (cold water lobster tails to seasonal Tilefish and Red Snapper).
JB's menu and chef inspired weekly cuisines showcase the restaurant’s relationship with local farms and purveyors. Bone’s works with farmers and growers to provide locally sourced items such as Arkansas produce and Arkansas bred Wagyu cattle. Our award-winning steaks, chops, and seafood as well as our service and hospitality create a dining experience second to none.
